The Product is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty, effective from the date of Subscription.

What's Included in the Warranty:

The Product is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty, effective from the date of Subscription.

Damage to the NFC chip contained within the Product.

Non-functionality of the NFC chip in the Product.

What's Not Included in the Warranty:

Minor surface scratches on your Product.

Damage resulting from bending or deformation of the card.

Colour fading that occurs more than six months after the Subscription date.

Any damage caused by exposure to water or other liquids.

Tampering with or modifying the NFC chip or any other component, which voids the warranty.

Issues arising from the use of third-party accessories or unauthorized repairs.

Accidental damage, misuse, or mishandling of the card.

Any damage due to your acts/omissions.

Card Replacement:

If you seek to replace a non-functional card, you must first provide video evidence demonstrating the card's malfunction.

If our assessment confirms the card's non-functionality, we will dispatch a replacement card to you.

If the card does not appear faulty based on the video evidence provided, you will be required to send the card to our office address ("XXXX") for further evaluation.

Upon receiving and verifying the card's non-functionality, we will provide a replacement card.

Additional Conditions:

To validate the warranty, the warranty form must be completed and submitted within seven (7) days of receipt of the Product. Failure to submit the warranty form within this period shall result in the ineligibility of the Product for warranty coverage.

The Vendor may change/modify/delete the terms of Warranty without providing any notice to you and you are required to keep yourself updated same by checking the Website, time to time.
