Toughalt India was founded in the mid 70's by Shree Naginbhai Kapadia. The name Toughalt was derived from the words "Tough" and "asphlat" coming together as Toughalt (pronounced as Tough-alt). Toughalt India went on to become one of the largest manufacturer of oxidized bitumen in the country.
Later in the 1986, Toughalt India ventured into Bitumen drum manufacturing.Currently Toughalt India is one of the largest manufacturers of bitumen drums in India.Their group company, Toughalt India, was also the first to offer end to end bitumen packing solutions including manufacture of bitumen drums, Bulk bitumen transportation and filling of drums with bitumen. Toughalt India supplies drums to
HPCL, BPCL and IOCL. They have also offered packing solutions to HPCL and BPCL.
Also our sister concern M/s Sita Petrochem Pvt. Ltd. was developed for providing the logistics arm for Toughalt India later on M/s Sita Petrochem Pvt. Ltd. independently developed into Tanks farming for Bitumen, currently having a storage capacity of 7500MT. With their group presence in the Western, Eastern and Northern India they are one of the most experienced and proficient group in Bitumen packing solutions for any requirement of bitumen drums, packing, handing etc. Toughalt India is a one and top solution.
